We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager for Business Intelligence platforms within the Data & Services team. You will own end-to-end delivery of engineering projects for some of our analytics and BI solutions that leverage Mastercard dataset combined with proprietary analytic techniques, to help businesses around the world solve multi-million dollar business questions.

Roles and Responsibilities
•Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion for the required technology, product, or program.
•Proactively manage end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the organization and all dependent organizations, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery.
•Work with multiple scrum teams and have the technical credibility to drive constructive discussions with the engineering teams (you may be embedded within the scrum team or your work may be cross-cutting across products, multiple scrum teams, and/or technologies).
•Drive clarity into technical implementation by driving design discussion with the team. Provide business context to engineers as required and competently represent your team's systems to others - both inside and outside the organization.
•Build and maintain integrated project schedules that account for internal/external dependencies, differing delivery approaches, numerous constraints, and adequately factor in contingency for unplanned delays.
•Negotiate features and associated priority and help the team and their customers reach consensus. Collaborate with engineering managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities and establish delivery milestones.
•Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations. Own project communications and ensure the right information about the status of a project is delivered to the right audience at the right time.
•Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives.

All About You

•Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
•5-10 years of technical program delivery experience, including time developing and testing software.
•Expert technical experience in analysis, design and development on any of - Java technology stack, .Net technology stack, cloud technologies, etc.
•Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, leading scrum meetings, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models leveraging Rally or similar tools.
•Proven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
•Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record of developing internal and external relationships.
•High-energy, detailed-oriented, proactive and with an ability to function in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.
