Job Title

Senior Specialist, Product management, China

Overview
•Work with North China Geography lead and China Credit and CPS lead to develops customized product strategies, roadmaps and execution plans for Credit and CPS products with issuers in North China to drive business and ensure maximum penetration of market segments.
•Leverage compelling backs assets to drive card programs with issuers and provide go to market expertise to drive best in class go to market execution.
•Manages and maintains existing product lines, conduct portfolio management and new products GTM on an on-going basis, including partner management.
•Conducts opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts for product refreshment.
•Provides design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development. Defines business and technical requirements, and manages the relationships of technical resources and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and build out platforms.

Role
• Provides training materials, material development and product expertise for RFP support
• Engage in idea generation for enhancements to existing/new products, concept validation and business case development.
• Support local account team and work with cross-functional teams and issuers during implementation process and after launch of product to drive incremental card/transaction volume and revenue in China.
• Apply market research and conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts and communicate them to account team and issuers.
• To design compelling, differentiated product benefits by fully leverage all available assets that matters to issuers/card-holders.
• Develop strategy and possible enhancements of product offerings in coordination with Product Development, customers and third parties.
• Support in developing issuer-specific strategy with customized co-marketing programs and conduct go-to-market plans for Northern China issuers.
• Works with internal MasterCard teams to analyze and monitor the product performance and identify the potential opportunities with issuers in Northern China

•Proven working experience in product/Marketing or banking fields for corporate or consumer products
