Senior Specialist, Product Management

This position reports to the Caribbean Core Products Director. The primary responsibility for this position is to lead the growth of existing Core businesses in Spanish Caribbean using the Product Management Excellence Methodology, which focuses in three main areas of work; Product Development, Product Implementation and Portfolio Management. This individual works with most of the Mastercard organization functions such as Account Management, Marketing, Advisors and Operations and Technology to design implement and deliver outstanding value propositions that supported by sound business models.

•Provides financial analysis to identify and execute opportunities to improve P&L results for Core Products, platforms capabilities, product features and functionalities.
•Analyze and monitor each core product performance and identify the potential optimization opportunities with Spanish CAB issuers'.
•Monitors the operational and financial performance of key metric targets (Product/Platform Tracking).
•Monitors the competition and partner with other internal areas for the introduction of new benefits, features and platform functionalities.
•Monitors market share evolution and trends.
•Leads the enhancement of product offerings.
•Partners with Marketing design marketing strategies and campaigns at segment and product level, aligning on marketing platforms content and execution for all Product line strategies.
•Provides assistance to deliver an improved front-end and back-end cardholder customer experience.
•Support and coordinate with Spanish CAB account managers the development of compelling business cases and articulate solutions for customers and prospects based on customer and/or market needs and requirements.
•Provides training materials, material development and product expertise for Deal/RFP support.
•Apply market research and conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts and communicate them to account team and issuers to design compelling, differentiated product benefits by fully leverage all available assets that matters to issuers/card-holders.
•Tracks progress and reports on project plans and roadmaps.
•Responsible to prepare and consolidate Core Product dashboards for the entire Caribbean market.
•Prepare and consolidate supporting information and material for quarterly business reviews (QBR).
