We are a global team responsible for development of the Mastercard Developer portal
https://developer.mastercard.com. Our mission is to deliver every Mastercard service as an API that is easy for developers to integrate with by providing sandboxes, SDKs, reference applications and implementations. In order to support this scale there is a strong focus on automation so that both external developers and the Mastercard service teams can self-service when it comes to on-boarding and integration.
•MasterCard is looking for a brilliant and passionate Software Developer to join its API team.
•Have a track record of designing and building robust, flexible, scalable systems?
•Enjoy a fast paced, start-up culture?
•Have a strong desire to deliver world class solutions?
•Design, build and enhance a robust, flexible, scalable, enterprise API platform.
•Have a strong focus on automation.
•Keep up to date on technology trends and assess relevance in the API space.
•Experience in Agile development as well as CI/CD.
All About You
•Expert software development skills.
•Expert in Java and Spring - preferably Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
•Worked with relational databases e.g. Postgres, Oracle, MySQL.
•Experience implementing APIs and SDKs and strong opinions on what constitutes a good API/SDK design.
•Web development like React, AngularJS, HTML5 an advantage.
•Experience with Swagger and familiar with Docker an advantage.
