Senior Project Manager, Project Management

Digital WorkSpace is a new organization within Mastercard whose focus is to ensure that the employee-facing technologies we leverage on a day to day basis deliver a consistent user experience globally. Tools the organization are responsible for include Microsoft Office suite, E-mail delivery and technology assets like Workstations, Mobile phones, Multimedia and Global User Support Services (GUSS).
As we move forward with the new organization; we are looking to deliver new innovative technologies that improve productivity and enhance and streamline the end user experience in addition to ensuring the safety and security of our environment.

Do you have experience working directly with technical teams?
•Are you flexible enough to manage projects including teams following different methodologies?

• Plan, develop and execute schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Regular communication and status to management team.
• Monitor and manage priority for deliverables in a capacity based methodology.

All About You
• Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning and project delivery.
• Very flexible and with a strong ability to see what needs done, take ownership and act on it without detailed supervision.
• Experience working with project management and prioritization tools.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships.
• Must possess strong oral and written communications skills and be effective in interpersonal communication.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams at the same time.
