Overview
The Data & Services (D&S) team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

D&S Enterprise Technology operationally supports the enterprise infrastructure for computing and collaboration with domain partnership and autonomy. The team partners to facilitate the global reach of D&S and serves as tier-3+ support for enterprise tools (collaboration tools and virtual workspaces) and provides desktop engineering for the D&S Platforms (software engineering) team.

Role
The role of Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology will be strategically positioned to support a growing Data & Services business through the evolution and maturation of world-class toolsets and managing the core environments and services. This role will set strategic objectives, lead the day to day efforts of an application infrastructure team, champion operational excellence and world-class support. Working with peer groups, she/he will be responsible for identifying strategic investments and champion the employee experience within a secure, scalable world-class environment(s).

All About You
•Expert knowledge of Windows, Enterprise Active Directory administration/SCCM/SCOM
•Strong working knowledge of enterprise tools, including VDI (Citrix), Confluence, O365
•Strong organizational and project management skills; success at defining and operating business as usual processes with quick SLA objectives
•Successful at transparently managing a team and communicating with stakeholders across the global enterprise (Data & Services, Operations & Technology - EDE)
•Passionate about the employee experience and ability to balance productivity and security in a scalable manner
