Senior Business Assistant

Overview
This position will report to the Executive Vice President for Core Products in North America Markets and will provide support to the Core Products team as needed.

Role
The role includes performing general administrative duties such as telephone coverage, scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, assisting with relocation with regards to immigration, taxation, coordinating with relocation agents, approving Workday requests, keeping team travel and holidays calendars, assisting in bringing the team together by organizing team events and calendar management in support of the Executive and Core Products team. In addition, providing proactive support to the Executive for writing meeting minutes, preparing memos, presentation editing, preparing PowerPoint slides, administering programs, projects or processes specific to the Core Products team like facilities project for the team seating, etc., carrying out research and presenting findings, and acting as a liaison between the executive and rest of the team.

All About You
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Coordination with relocation agents and assisting with immigration needs
Proficient in approving Workday requests and other system approvals
Ability to multi task while working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully interact and work with employees at all levels
High level of confidentiality and discretion
Ability to prioritize
Planning, organizing and managing events
Research and problem solving skills
Ability to function well in a busy and varied environment and work well under pressure
