Senior Business Assistant

We are searching for a proactive individual who can provide support and also has a strong sense of ownership and bias for action. This position will report to the Executive Vice President (EVP) - Digital, Marketing Business Services and Loyalty (DML). The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with experience working with little to no guidance using sound judgement in a goal-oriented, and ever changing work environment. They will also have strong prioritization abilities to complete a high volume of complex tasks autonomously, and a history of establishing mechanisms to simplify or streamline processes and establish structure. Will be a detail/data oriented planner with the demonstrated ability to communicate, prioritize and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and most importantly excel under pressure. The candidate needs a strong sense of initiative and the ability build a partnerships.

Role
•Responsible for an extensive range of activities including managing Executive Vice President complex calendars and scheduling requirements, tracking key deliverables, coordinating domestic and international travel, processing expenses, project coordination, and communications.
•Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating meeting agendas, facilitating key team activities and events (such as all-hands meetings to employee engagement activities), general office management, and space planning.
•Act as an extension of the Digital, Marketing Business Services & Loyalty Leadership team.
•Handle confidential information with tact and integrity, always using good judgment and discretion.
•Prioritize multiple assignments and have an understanding of how to best leverage the Executive's time.
•Anticipate work back plan, gather and organize materials in preparation for meetings with Executive as well as secure time to review these documents.
•Synthesize multiple work streams into a single plan.
All About You:
•Senior level business administrator with experience supporting an executive, and a comparable size global team.
•Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions including communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information.
•Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving and decision making, organization and time management, and communication skills.
•Ability to work successfully in a global team, including the ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
•Ability to understand intricacies of cultural differences and operate within multiple time zones simultaneously.
