Senior Analyst, FP&A, C&I Solutions Finance
•The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions group (C&I) is responsible for securing the global payments system, developing products and solutions designed to make Mastercard the safest, simplest, and smartest way to pay
•The C&I Finance team is responsible for financial analysis and reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance against forecast and budget for multiple business units within the group, as well as providing business partner support for pricing, product strategy, investment business cases, driver-based revenue analytics and revenue assurance. The Senior Professional will support the FP&A-focused members of the team (London-based Director & Purchased-based Manager) across a broad spectrum of financial processes and strategic initiatives.
•The Senior Analyst is a key contributor to the development and analysis of the financial budget, forecasts, expense management and reporting processes

•Supports financial, budget, forecast and reporting processes across the C&I organization
•Manages aspects of month end financial close
•Maintain oversight over C&I expenses, working closely with C&I Finance team to understand variances versus budget and forecast and identify risks and opportunities
•Proactively researches and resolves financial inquiries and issues
•Prepares, reviews and consolidates reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and generates analysis, communicating findings and operating notes from regions and business units to C&I Finance team
•Supports the FP&A-focused members of the team in maintaining a strong control environment
•Works effectively across functions and time zones
•Assists with ad-hoc reporting, special projects & inquiries as needed
All About You:
•BS or BA with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with previous finance and controllership experience
•Proven experience with MasterCard data sources and financial tools including Hyperion, Oracle, Excel and Powerpoint is critical
•The ideal candidate is fast-paced, highly analytical and detail-oriented; you demonstrate a sense of urgency, ownership, knowledge and experience with all phases of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
•Ability to model and perform predictive analytics, present a point of view and challenge the views of others
•Experience identifying and implementing process improvement activities; makes recommendations to further improve procedures
•Independent worker & thinker with the ability to follow up on time sensitive issues
•A team player with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels and organizational boundaries
•Ability to embrace change and look for solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency, solving challenges by leveraging processes, tools and technology
•Experienced in building relationships; develops and leverages key relationships in order to understand the needs and objectives of stakeholders
•Experience and willingness to operate in a diverse, multi-functional finance group across time zones
