Senior Analyst, FP&A
This position , Sr Analyst FP&A, reports to the Switch Business Partner Switch. The person will lead all gross revenue planning related activities for the Europe Switch business unit. The person will work in close collaboration with the other teams in Europe Switch Finance, as well as the Europe Controllers organization, the IMK Finance team, FP&A GBSC and the Europe Switch business teams.
•Drive the following gross revenue FP&A activities for Europe Switch:
oCo-ordination of monthly and quarterly closing deliverables
oDeliver yearly strategic plan and budget, and quarterly forecasting
•Coordinate product planning and reporting
•Build an in-depth understanding of Europe Switch drivers, pricing, revenues, and deals, allowing senior management to get a clear view on Europe Switch financial results, risks and opportunities and financial trade-off options
•Drive forecasting accuracy on a quarterly basis
•Provide and develop customer analysis, supporting the sales and BDF teams
•Participate in sales projects, representing finance
•Support reporting on scorecard, objective, operating reviews etc
Improve processes and tools for the above mentioned activities in order to drive end-to-end efficiencies
•Maintain a strong financial control environment, ensure timely and accurate accounting close, deliver timely and accurate forecasts and budgets

•University degree in economics or finance
•Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis
•Very strong analytical skills

•Curious to understand MasterCard and the payments industry
•Strong skills in systems and tools (Hyperion, Oracle)
