Job Title

Senior Analyst, Business Analysis

Partner with business owners to understand business opportunities in authentication domain and define the business, functional, technical, security and compliance requirements.
•Provide business knowledge and technical support for requirement development. Keep up to speed with ever changing market regulation around authentication and advise business and technology teams on the impacts of such regulations on our business.
•Experienced on authentication standards such as EMV Co, FIDO, w3c and provide guidance to technical and product teams to build applications that are compatible with industry standards.
•Work closely with developers and requesters identifying data and functional requirements in the design of new/enhanced systems.
•Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project and ensure knowledge transfer of vendor technology to MasterCard staff.
•Provide technical support for the member(s) to ensure adherence to functional, technical, regulatory and security requirements.
•Ensure PCI-DSS and PCI-3DS compliance; work with internal and external PCI auditors; investigate/research MasterCard or industry business/technical process.
•Coordinate and assist in implementation of new or revised rules and policies.
•Master's Degree in information systems or equivalent is required.
Knowledge / Experience:
•Prior Business Analysis experience on industry standards such as EMV 3-D Secure, VISA 3-D Secure, EMVCo Secure Remote Commerce, EMV Tokenization and FIDO.
•Prior Business Analysis experience on security standards such as TLS, PKI , SHA1 and SHA2.
•Prior Business Analysis experience on industry regulations such PSD2.
•Proficient in PKI (public key infrastructure) and cryptography.
•Proficient in PCI and PII and other compliance frameworks.
•Proficient in JSON web encryption standards including JWA , JWS,JWE and JWK and related frameworks.
Skills/ Abilities:
•Experience in EMV 3-D Secure is must.
•Experience with Secure Remote commerce is must
•Strong experience in integrating industry standard testing tools for compliance testing.
•Strong experience in on-boarding customers to 3 DS platforms.
•Strong experience in defining processes and manuals to add value to customers and make MasterCard platforms customer friendly and should be able to help with seamless customer integration.
•Strong Agile experience is required.
•Experience in executing SAFe process effectively is required
•Strong understanding of the Security aspects is required.
•Strong understanding of Public Infrastructure and cryptography is required
•Strong experience in Key and certificate management to deliver TLS , encryption and signing certificates is required.
