Manager, Program Management - Loyalty Solutions GeoSouth

Overview:

Loyalty Solutions drive preference and diversify revenues for MasterCard through differentiated Rewards & Offers, Benefits, Insurance and other cardholders' products and services.

The primary purpose of the job is to manage Mastercard proprietary preference programs in Brazil, evolving the existing program to be a brand preference multiplier and differentiate Mastercard from its competitors.

Determine program's strategy and value proposition and propose execution enhancements.
Develop and manage relationships with vendors, internal and external partners involved in operating the program and optimizing the cost-benefit impact of the program on the business P&L.
Liaise with Products, Marketing and relevant stakeholders to achieve program's objectives in alignment with mass market and CRM strategies.
Lead and manage the development of annual tactical plans that support the successful achievement of program and business goals.
Manage the program's budget on both, the revenue (P&L) and cost side, ensuring that the program performs appropriately meeting or exceeding operational and business metrics.
Monitor operations, ensure governance model and identify and implement opportunities to maintain and continuously improve cardholder experience.
Provide continued reporting and communication to senior management to facilitate and assist decision-making processes.
Interface with local and regional teams to identify usability issues and determine local requirements in order to provide product enhancements that solve for local needs. Make recommendations on the rollout of new features.
Conducts opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts.

Project management and the ability to multitask several requests, quickly assemble data and generate impactful insights in a fast-paced environment in partnership with various business units
Financial & analytical skills with experience in managing product P&L and budgets
Ability to negotiate and solutions-oriented to identify win-win scenarios that leave all parties satisfied with a business outcome that will be mutually beneficial
Positive attitude; being able to overcome obstacles in a positive way, influence others and listen to their view
Thought Leadership in order to deal with ambiguity and change while operates with a sense of urgency
Creative thinker with a desire and tenacity to test innovative customer solutions or challenge existing ideas
Consumer-focused, understanding its needs, identify business opportunities and execute with excellence in managing the results.
Verbal and written communication skills; being able to adapt style to the audience and create/deliver presentations to management.
English and Portuguese fluency mandatory. Spanish highly recommended
Travel may be required
