Product Leader, Digital Payments Manager - Chilean market

This position is responsible to grow MasterCard's Digital Payments business in Chile, with strong focus in defining Geo strategy, Product Roadmap, Product/Market Readiness and support execution and implementations of the available Digital Products and Services.
The incumbent will drive and support execution of the Regional Digital Payments strategy and implement our Value Proposition in assigned markets. The position will provide leadership and subject matter expertise, defining the Digital Payments Execution Plan, framing new Digital Payments Programs and supporting the evolution of existing ones, in order to create a Digital Ecosystem in the market, leveraging our Mobile Payments products and solutions to expand Issuing and Acceptance of MasterCard products and services.

This will entail defining the right Consumer Segmentation and Business Model definition, Market delivery model, feasibility testing, and ultimately to work jointly with the market to develop the final program design required for market/customer implementation. The position is responsible for end-to-end product delivery of all Mastercard's Digital Payments products and features while maintaining global consistency, defining enhancements, managing service level agreements, product localization and managing all product documentation related activities.

The position provides design specifications (functional and technical requirements) for and develops new products and services or their components, including marketing/communication and collateral. Also will leverage and generate the necessary business partnerships in order to complement MasterCard's capabilities
