Overview

The Data & Services (D&S) team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. This agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these solutions include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and information and risk management services.

Within the Data & Services organization, the Advisors Consulting and Information Services group is focused on delivering superior analytics, insights, Test & Learn and consulting products and services. The Product Management team is accountable for the full P&L of the products and the Delivery team ensures that all projects and programs are efficiently and successfully completed.

This role is responsible for:
oReaching revenue targets for Advisors Consulting projects focused on consumer payment products such as Credit, Debit and Prepaid
oMaking the Debit Optimization product a global, scalable success
oDeveloping new, innovative D&S solutions and products that are scalable Designing the go-to-market strategy and roadmap
oBuilding strong relationships with Mastercard's Global Consumer Product organization by building products that support Global Consumer Products' priorities and targets (cards spending increase, e-commerce increase)
oBeing the lead D&S contact for the Global Consumer Product teams and Regional Sales teams. Building and supporting the sale of solutions/products that mix data, consulting and marketing expertise
oEnsuring successful sales of solutions/products through Mastercard's global executives and sales teams

Role

Accountability for delivering success for products within the Advisors Consulting Consumer Product line and, in particular, for the Debit Optimization product
•Ability to effectively develop the product ideation, standardization, and pricing - including bundling with other D&S products
•Innovative leadership to evolve our product suite and drive future success
•Interface with Mastercard global and regional senior leadership to represent product suite
•Provide expert sales support and ensure close partnership with the Sales team so they are fully equipped to sell the products
•Develop go-to-market strategy for recurring/standard products and lead the tracking in partnership with Global Consumer Products team and Regional D&S team
•Expert client-facing sales experience
•Ensure all critical KPIs are met or exceeded including:
oProduct P&L
oScalability (number of scalable projects regionally)
oContribution to Mastercard Consumer Products goals

All About You

•Top consulting firm experience strongly preferred
•Experience with product P&L management
•Strong project management skills
•Desire to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions
•Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams
•Strong communicator
•Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
•Knowledge of Mastercard core products and financial services industry, ideally including both retail banking and payments
•Bachelor's degree required
