Manager, Project Management
The Mission of the Strategic Programme Management Team is the management and control of projects in MasterCard Payment Gateway Services to efficiently deliver cost effective, quality change in a timely manner matched to the business priorities and the commitments to the clients.
Project Managers are required to provide a service to key MasterCard Payment Gateway Services accounts with a view to delivering payment and fraud solutions globally.
Project Managers within the Mastercard Payment Gateway Programme Management team are also responsible for delivering strategic initiatives (projects and/or programmes) in support of the business strategy which may include compliance, product and Infrastructure related initiatives.

•Maintain project logs including risks and issues, assumptions and decisions - managing escalating as appropriate
•Manage change requests and scope creep
•Report on project progress internally and communicate appropriately with all stakeholders
All About You
•Suitable candidates will demonstrate strong IT Project Management Experience
•Experience in a customer facing role
•Due to the technical nature of the projects, candidates will also demonstrate applied technical understanding and ability to apply logical thinking
•Good interpersonal and communication skills (including presentation skills)
•Ability to build excellent relationships in a collaborative way both internally and externally
•Basic grasp of Microsoft Office applications
•Project Management experience (PRINCE 2 or PMBOK is highly advantageous)
•Experience working in a SAFe environment is highly advantageous
•Understanding of the development lifecycle
•A good knowledge of payments industry also beneficial
•Degree level qualification desirable
