Manager, Product Management Global Small Business

Overview:
Small Business (SB) is an important segment for Mastercard because of their size ($30T of $120T B2B flows) and their presence as both payers and acceptors of electronic payments.

The Manager, Product Management Global Small Business will play a key role in realizing the potential of this segment. Specifically, the Manager is responsible for the strategy and delivery of the Mastercard Biz platform including communication, coordination, and management of the platform partners. In addition, the Manager is responsible for operationalizing the small business product line strategy and value added services/bundle including development of go to market materials and product guides.

The Manager will report into the Vice President, Product Management Global Small Business and will be closely aligned with our Global Product and Regional Product partners.

Role:
•Define the strategy for Mastercard Biz which may include enhancement of the platform to drive product differentiation
•Be the central point of contact for partners on Mastercard Biz to provide feedback, issues, and concerns on any current and future features/functions
•Lead work stream to create go to market materials articulating the small business value proposition for small business credit and debit solutions based on the product line strategy
•Operationalize small business value added services/bundles including enhancements to foundational sales materials
•Drive the development of product guides for small business credit and debit solutions to support Issuer onboarding
•Collaborate with and influence external and internal MasterCard teams, such as Regional Products, Marketing, Publications, Customer Delivery, and O&T to achieve business objectives

Experience in financial services industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated strong product management principles
Superior interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen
Bachelor's degree in business or relevant experience
