Manager, Product Management - Qkr

As a product owner, you will bring Qkr mobile commerce applications to life, driving adoption and creating value for merchants, consumers, issuers and other stakeholders. You will build products and solutions from existing ideas, and leverage your industry experience and understanding of customer's challenges to develop new ideas. You will be successful through research, analysis, consultation with regional product managers and their customers to understand their needs, and define innovative solutions for the broader global market. You will be responsible for delivering customer value and increasing the profitability of existing and new products.

Role
•Lead the software development life cycle from planning to tactical activities and use product management principles to specify the product requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.
•Define product requirements and user stories (what the product needs to do), user interaction, and visual design, and the user experience (UX).
•Work closely with development team throughout the sprint including translating product requirements into technical specifications, giving appropriate presentations to develop shared understanding, providing prioritization, consolidating and providing feedback, defining the roadmap, and resolving dependencies.
•Maintain a development backlog and provide reports, improvements, enhancements and updates as new requirements are accepted and developed.
•Deliver high quality, high value, and production-ready features, for commercialization and customer-focused teams to deploy to customers.
•Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to improve the quality, efficiency and adoption of new features and services.
•Acts as point of support, reference for all product related inquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in troubleshooting to address any issues that may arise.
•Be flexible and available to work within different time zones as much as needed
•User journey oriented mind-set/approach

All About You
•Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus
•Experience in overseeing the rapid prototyping for regional/local products; experience in Agile development methodology
•Experience in the payments industry (bank, network, payments provider, etc.)
•Superior communication and problem-solving skills; able to partner and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
•Extensive product management and agile development experience with ability to mix technical knowledge with practical real-world experience to bridge between business and technology.
•Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership in taking accountability, acting with a sense of urgency, and delivering plans with passion, ambition and aptitude
•Proven project management, organization, and analytical skills with proven ability to build, lead, and maintain strong, productive teams and working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task, establish priorities and work independently under pressure and with limited supervision
•Expertise and passion related to digital payments solutions and associated principles around marketing and consumer engagement
•Experience conducting product demonstrations and presenting compelling product propositions at external industry events for key stakeholders/audience
•Leadership skills
•Team builder - Strong team player and cross-functional skills
•Collaborative and influential, with experience managing complex projects across global, matrix organizations
