We are seeking a strong Product Owner to help us deliver best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products in the B2B Payments space.

Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Assist in defining product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize user stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Interface with the supporting functions, such as Legal, Compliance, Security, Marketing, etc to get the needed reviews, approvals and feedback
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Attends daily scrums with development team to help drive priority decisions
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Follow our competitors and the industry
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Provides frequent communication to the product leadership on development progress, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision.

All About You
Excellent relationship building skills
Solid prior experience in B2B Payments/Account to Account Payments/ACH/Closed loop payment networks.
Bachelors in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field. Masters ideal, but not required.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker
