The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow their customer base and help ensure profitability. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions addressing a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
Loyalty and Managed Services, a division of our Data & Services group, places Mastercard in the heart of our customer's b2c and b2b marketing strategies. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants leveraging our solutions to drive our Client's most profitable customer engagements and Mastercard Preference.
To create/deliver exceptional marketing services to our clients, we are seeking a Senior Analyst who will support the delivery of both digital and non-digital marketing products and solutions. The successful candidate will manage campaigns from kickoff to delivery, including key aspects of creative, media and some digital production, as well as functions related to forecasting & financial management of project delivery.
•The Manager, Direct Marketing position based in Mexico is responsible for leading the execution of marketing consulting and execution engagements for our clients in Mexico (Geo-North Division)

•Launches a variety of direct marketing campaigns to drive measurable customer behavior such as acquisition, activation, and usage through different channels
•Manages direct marketing agencies from briefing to execution, driving measurable results and cost efficiencies
•Contributes to closing sales opportunities identified by MasterCard Advisors account cluster leads, by presenting at client meetings, providing input to proposals and developing needs-based solutions
•Leads problem-solving efforts and structure the project work plan
•Innovates constantly in delivering campaign by bringing the latest digital trends into all execution
•Develops new solutions and supporting sales materials, particularly based on data insights, customer lifecycle management
•Develops compelling presentation materials, following well-structured storylines Supports Market lead with supplier management and project documentation
•Extracts and applies best practices globally and across Latin America, identifying opportunities to both import and export best practices and solutions
•Partners with other Mastercard divisions (Marketing, Product, Services) to incorporate appropriate offering into projects
All About You
•Bachelor's degree. MBA Preferred
•Experience required at driving results oriented marketing campaigns at financial institutions and/or industries with similar mechanics
•Direct marketing experience required to acquire new customers and /or lifecycle marketing
•Proven track record of integrating digital elements to marketing and communication campaigns
•Omni-Channel Marketing experience required with emphasis on digital engagement (email, sms, social media, etc.) and at least some exposure to direct mail and event marketing
•Experience required in the following digital channels/methods: Digital acquisition (email, sms, social media, web and app-based), Digital engagement (email, sms, social media, web and app-based, social listening, geo-location, beacons), Omni-media engagement journeys (Offline to Digital, Digital to Offline, Contactability Optimization); Digital Call-to-Action (Click to: call, URL, SMS, Map, Calendar, Coupon, etc.)
•Experience required in data-based A/B testing
•Experience required in Marketing automation and programmatics
•Excellent knowledge of latest digital marketing trends required
•Knowledge of Design Thinking and Agile development desired
•Knowledge of Mexico of range of digital agencies and vendors
•Contract negotiation and agency management experience
•Application of analytics and metrics to drive and measure the success of marketing campaigns
•Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills; excellent oral and written presentation skills
•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deal with ambiguity
•Excellent relationship skills to interact with partners, clients and other internal areas
•Ability to work independently and plug into large organization as needed
•Fluent English required
