Manager, Identity Access, BizOps
•Identity Access Management teams are responsible for end to end providing services to support internal employees and external customers capabilities to retrieve access to Mastercard systems and applications, including physical security access.
•This position is to lead the Access Management Business Operations (BizOps) team which is responsible for production readiness and response to customer impacting incidents for the Identity Access Management systems.
•The purpose of this job is to be a people manager and lead a team that is focused on daily operations with a keen eye on triage & then root cause by understanding the business implications of our products.
•Shift left to be more proactive and upfront in the development or engineering processes.
•Be able to understand technically the tasks that they are working on & dig in to ask challenging questions to make sure that objectives are being executive efficiently

•Drive alignment with larger BIzOps organization by interacting with peers to coordinate and enforce change management procedures for responsible platforms
•Proactively manage production and change activities to maximize customer experience, and increase overall value of supported Identity Access Management systems
•Streamlining and standardizing traditional application specific support systems
•Responsible for ensuring operational readiness of platforms through reviews and procedures of planning, testing, and implementation management
•Responsible for coordinating with one or more groups to ensure platform goals are met
•Develops plans to improve quality within our Identity Access Management systems and platforms
•Researches new methodologies to improve security and business operations
•Coaches junior level employees on Business Operations and security best practices
All About You
•Successful track record in supporting a production application(s)
•Intermediate strategic/thoughtful risk taking experience
•Intermediate Corporate Security skills, specifically to Identity Access Management is a plus
•Intermediate skills in SAFe (agile) transformation practices
Strong experience in regulatory compliance (PCI, GLBA, SOX)
•Intermediate technical background (Windows, UNIX, databases, network, web applications)
•Experience in dealing with difficult situations and making decisions with a sense of urgency
