Job Title

Manager, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions, APAC

The Manager, Market Product Management, will drive the successful adoption of Digital Security Solutions suite in AP Region. This role will report to the Vice President, Identity Solutions, AP Region.

The Manager will work closely with global product leads and client facing teams to develop regional commercialization strategies for identified Digital Security products and execute on them successfully. The Digital Security solution suite includes several products such as Identity Check Mobile biometrics, Consumer Card Controls and other services under the Mastercard Identity Check product family.

This involves educating clients and internal stakeholders on the value and benefits of these services, having a deep understanding of the market landscape and regulatory requirements, and implementing roll out strategies to ensure successful adoption of these products.

He/she will leverage opportunities to utilize MasterCard solutions and strategies to differentiate the Mastercard offering and support local market processing and brand initiatives.


Develop and implement product commercialization strategies, including analysis of market drivers, product penetration/performance in markets and development of a set of achievable recommendations for next 2-3 years;
Understand the required product functionality and features, and drive regional commercialization in consultation with internal stakeholders (i.e., global product, local product sales, customer delivery, account managers, O&T, Legal, Franchise, etc.).
Identify avenues and external partnership models for distribution and scale. These efforts include ideation, concept validation, business case development, creation of associated pricing and other market readiness activities;
Work closely with regional teams to project-manage and communicate product enhancements and new product constructs to drive additional revenue opportunities.
Provide product support to client facing teams and help drive strong client engagement by developing training and regional specific sales materials, holding training sessions, and participating in client presentations where required.
Ensure marketing and sales collaterals are up-to-date
Monitor and evaluate product performance; ability to locate and use relevant data to support performance measurement, tracking, and product insights
Ensure accurate and timely budget tracking and forecasting
