Manager, Customer Delivery


•Customer Delivery team provides expert consultation, implementation project management and post production project support on all of MasterCard Core and Digital Products for our existing & new customers in China.
•Customer Delivery team understands customers' operations capability and environment, and looks for opportunities to optimize customer operational performance.
•Customer Delivery team has deep insight of MasterCard products, services and its roadmap, understand how to fit them into customers' operational environment
•This is an internal as well as a customer-facing role, requiring business development / technical skill and strategy in addition to product expertise.


•Delivering against customers and MasterCard business and corporate objectives, opportunities, and commitments based on the company's products and solutions strategies and goals.
•Managing close working relationships with key customers' executives and decision-making-level contacts in the product solutions and operations teams.
•Identify product and service improvement opportunities and provides consultative support.
•Be Responsible for training and supporting for MasterCard core releases' operational enhancements to vendors and customers particularly in the areas of authorization, clearing and settlement
•Ensure that the customers' are in compliance with MasterCard technology enhancements.
•Responsible for the implementation of process improvements and tool enhancements related to customer implementations.
•Review and optimize customer operational performance.
•Optimize working relationships with internal customers and support teams.
•Involve in the earliest stages of MasterCard product/service concepts to determine its feasibility, customize to specific market requirements, determine feasible implementation schedule and contribute to preparation of implementation documentation..

All About You

•Deep knowledge and working experience in technology area in payment industry.
•Thorough knowledge of bankcard operations (issuing and acquiring) with emphasis on authorization, clearing and settlement
•Strong ability to grasp technology details and translate into solutions to problems and/or to address business opportunities.
•Good systematic approach and analytical thinking mindset; pro-active problem solver.
•Proven communication and presentation skills.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships.
•Ability to work effectively across multicultural and matrix environment.
•Ability to speak and write in (Mandarin) Chinese and English fluently and idiomatically.
