Job description

As the Leader, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Region Enterprise Security Solutions you will be responsible for the development of MasterCard's Authentication and Fraud and Security Network Solutions product strategy & value proposition and sales for the CEE region in line with the cluster/country business strategies. The role will involve working closely with country managers, account managers/business development and customers to identify opportunities to leverage Mastercard's authentication and fraud and security products and services to grow both the customer and MasterCard's revenues, while meeting strategic product objectives.

You will be part of the CEE divisional product team with a dotted line responsibility to the European Security Solutions and Processing team Europe, and you will work closely with other parts of the European and Global Product organization.

The CEE region currently comprises 20 countries (Ukraine, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Moldova, Bosnia &Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, Cyprus, Malta). The role requires a high travel component.

The role is to work with the account/business development teams & the CEE divisional product resources (Digital Products, Core products (Debit/credit/Prepaid), & Advisors (Consultancy & information services) to develop & drive the execution of the go-to-market plans for the assigned product categories (Authentication, Fraud and Security network solutions). The role can be organized on a 'project basis' (strategic projects and sales projects), as these projects can involve a dedicated engagement for a specific period.

The initial focus of this role will be on authentication and fraud and security related value added network services, in close cooperation with the division.

The role will include the feedback of customer/market requirements to the respective European/global product teams to ensure that they are included in new product development initiatives.

Your Role

The Leader Enterprise Security Solutions will define the product go-to-market strategy, together with country teams in CEE and the other GP CEE leads for our authentication and value-added (Fraud & security network solution) services, by:
•Growing Authentication and Fraud and Security platform revenues in CEE. Identify and drive key sales opportunities in partnership with local country teams
•Defining and managing the customer value proposition for authentication and value-added (Fraud & security network solutions) for the CEE region. This role also includes managing the communication and training programs to educate the CEE team about our authentication and fraud and security platform assets.
•Develop a commercial relationship with the MC business partners (Sales organizations and Global teams) & supporting the CEE Product team and European product group on the execution of the Authentication and value-added (Fraud & security network solutions) strategy.
•Provide subject matter expertise on Authentication and value-added (Fraud & security network solutions) to country teams and expert sales specialists/business development teams in CEE. Participation to Customer events and conferences as regional expert.
Additional accountabilities include developing reporting, associated MIS and contribute to developing and implementing strategic business plans through the provision of appropriate processing and market intelligence.

All About You

•Bachelor's/ Master's Degree Education or comparable education.
•Strong experience in product management in an international environment
•Expert knowledge and experience in related B-2-B business experience, must have experience in financial payments and or the card payment industry
•Excellent understanding of the Payment domain (with focus on Authentication and Fraud Management) and its business models are an asset
•Proven track record of customer oriented solution development
•Innovative individual, decisive and results driven
•Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
•Good ability to build relationships and network with relevant groups (internal and external)
•Strong self-starter and motivator
•Ability to integrate various disciplines (planning finance, sales, marketing, technology) and function in a matrix structure environment with minimal day to day supervision
•Fluent knowledge (both written and spoken) in English and other European languages
•Strong presentation skills
•Strong communication and team-work skills
