Manager, Business Administration

This is a Manager - Business Administration for Country Corporate Officer (CCO) and Division President to be based out of Gurgaon, India. The incumbent in the role will be responsible for supporting strategic planning, administration and the execution of country initiatives laid out by the CCO and Division President.

Lead on Strategic discussion and projects in South Asia/India market by providing appropriate project management and liaising support to initiatives like market landscaping studies, market opportunity analysis, benchmarking for reporting purposes
Key point of contact for project management from South Asia for AP Leadership led or Global leadership ideas on new business.
Liaison with senior stakeholders and leadership team members in South Asia and AP on defining short term and long term strategy for business. Responsible for the business management activities of the country and division.
Represent progress on on-going strategic projects to IMK Steering committee (AP/Global) and drive collaborative decision making
Project Management for South Asia and India level projects on new project/business proposals, exploratory discussions before it gets conceptualized
Drive collaboration on CSR Strategy between Public Policy, Marketing and Comms, Partner Business units and strive for a comprehensive and collaborative CSR strategy for India.
Business Budgeting (annual exercise): liaison point between SA Leadership and AP for South Asia budgeting on resources, business expenditures for upcoming year. Track and report budgets
MIS: Dashboards for entire South Asia (Master Dashboard) on people's KPI (Volumes, Sales, Return on Marketing Spend, Approval Rates, Purchase Volumes, Merchant Partnership). May oversee financial services such as financial and management reporting. Perform business planning, financial planning, monthly reporting, administration and management of department.
Assists in coordinating and driving the agenda of CCO and Country leadership team meetings, Town Halls and executive visits. Facilitates cross functional coordination of outreach plans, stakeholder engagements and logistics for executive visits
Manages a variety of special projects for the CCO and Division President and tracks performance against goals and objectives
May participate in negotiations of vendor agreements and contracts.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Manage internal and external correspondence; screening as appropriate; to ensure timely response and follow up.
Ensure that senior staff meetings are planned; agendas prepared; minutes recorded and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

The individual will need to be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven. The individual will need to have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The role will need the person to work independently and follow up on projects, from conception to completion, and work under pressure at times to handle a variety of activities

• Bachelor's degree and MBA from premium business school.
• Proven experience over the years in finance and/or general business management
• Ability to manage sensitive information and provide a strong sense of discretion.
• Strong analytical skills and reporting skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage across all levels of a complex environment.
• Proven project management skills.
• People management experience and experience of working in cross functional teams
