•Responsible for setting Account Plans and growth strategies as they relate to Customer accounts (with strong focus on Acquirer only entities) that are aligned with geography strategy that also drive market share, volume and revenue growth.
•Lead and manage existing Customer relationships (Product, Finance, IT & Sales stakeholders), and work to identify opportunities and Customer needs.
•Partners with Customers to deliver customised solutions and comprehensive consulting support.
•Responsible for pipeline management at the account level.
•Contribute to the achievement of growth and net revenue targets.
•Assist with analysis of Customer's business through profitability modelling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis.
•Assist in designing strategies, messaging and proposals for Customers.
•Supports the management key Customer relationships at manager levels.
•Collaborate with the account team and Customers to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans.
•Assist in local projects and cross-functional initiatives.
•Ensure delivery against contracted Customer commitment, driving delivery execution with Mastercard Project and Product stakeholders
All About You
•Due to the strong subject matter expertise required for this role, suitable candidates will have previous experience working in or with Acquirer operations, for example in Bank, Payment Services Provider or Payment Network
•Candidates who have experience in operations or product management with a commercial aptitude would be also be considered.
•Suitable candidates will have comprehensive experience executing and managing sales strategies for medium-sized accounts.
•You will demonstrate knowledge and delivery of:
- Mastercard's core products (processing, pricing, ecommerce gateway),
- Rules (processing, interchange, regulation, payment facilitator, fraud and risk),
- Services (data, fraud, risk, loyalty, consulting)
•Previous experience in delivering thoughtful market and business analysis for Customer accounts.
•Have taken a lead role in a Customer negotiation.
•Participated in cross-functional projects and took the opportunity to play a key role for won market/account
