Intern, Legal Department

The internship in the Legal Department should ideally be of minimum 3 months and can start at any time. Flexible arrangements are possible depending on your academic schedule.
•Manage the Salesforce platform for the sales side agreements with the support and supervision of the contracts administrator of the Legal department:
-Manage contracts signature
-Help and support resources from all divisions with their requests
-Follow up with the contracts lifecycle
•Manage the filing of agreements previously signed to be stored in Ariba
•Assist the contract administrator with various requests related to contracts
•Depending on your ability to learn and evolve through the department, you may be assigned to additional tasks and given more responsibilities
All About You
•Attending a Belgium-based university or equivalent, with an internship agreement available (requirement)
•Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Paralegal or Legal
•Available for a period of minimum 3 months
•Good command of English, any other language is a plus
•Good command of Microsoft Office
•Continuously wants to go the extra mile
•Open and eager to learn
