Job Title

Director, Technical Project Management, Digital Identity

Mastercard Enterprise Security Solutions (ESS) is committed to identifying and developing breakthrough innovations in Digital Identity. The successful candidate will work with Mastercard product owner(s), cross functional technical project managers, developers and solution architects to ensure flawless execution and successful deployments of various Global Digital Identity projects.

Manage cross functional (internal and external to Mastercard) Product owners, Project PMs, Engineering managers and Solution architects in steering them to priorities leading up to the flawless execution and successful deployment of various Mastercard Digital Identity projects

• Assist with the development of reports, and the loading and configuration of demonstration data and systems.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
• Own the communication and execution of solution hand-over to client services, service delivery, technology and other team members at designated milestones.
• Manages various external vendor relationships and deliverables
• Helps the team prioritize the latest set of technical issues
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
• Test code, review, and recommend changes to technology stakeholders
• Document and manage Technical diagrams, Key Issues list and open technical items
• Manage deliverables of various Agile technical spikes, experiments and Agile Scrums
• Document and manage lifecycle of various functional requirements

All About You:
•Demonstrated success in conducing project management, and excellent project management skills
• Proficiency in interfacing with customers in a sales engineering or consultative role, delivering Technical Products or Services
• Experience working in an Agile development environment with an understanding of how to set and manage team priorities.
• Experience leading technical projects and technical teams.
• Ability to define needs, develop plans, coordinate engineering resources, and implement action plans.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts to meet deadlines.
• Experience with software lifecycle (build, test and release).
• Familiarity with frontend and backend web and mobile technologies
•Experience with Issue management tools such as Jira, Visual studio, Bugzilla etc.
• Some travel will be required
