Job Title

Director, Product Solution Sales - Payment Transaction Services (PTS), Debit & Prepaid


• Identifying sales opportunities within existing customer base in order to successfully cross-sell EFT Processing Services (ATM/Prepaid/Debit Card Processing)
o Work closely with MasterCard Account Teams and lead sales engagements: RFP responses, technical discussions and on-site product presentations for processing products and services

o Understand the processing solutions available in the marketplace and how they compare to MasterCard PTS specifically
o Develop and propose processing solutions based on prospective customer needs and business requirements

o Have previously held sales or sales support roles in ATM/Prepaid/Debit Card Processing
o Have experience developing detailed and customized processing solutions for large financial institution located in US/Canada
o Have technical experience in dealing with EFT processing configurations, interfaces and ISO8583 specifications


• Organize and manage the development of processing solution proposals in response to requests for information (RFI's) and requests for proposals (RFP's)
• Organize and manage the presentation of solutions during on-site visits to prospective customer sites
• Collaborate with implementation and product managers to define processing solutions and develop product development priorities including timing for onboarding of prospects
• Provide market feedback based on experience to help design processing proposals to win business
• Technical skills, customer relationship and business development are key to success in this role

All About You

o Working knowledge of debit processing concepts including: card management, card personalization, transaction processing, settlement, exceptions processing, ATM driving, and fraud and risk services
o Working knowledge of MasterCard value added services and products
o Working knowledge of financial institution operations relating to use of debit/prepaid processing services
