Our business customers engage with us for multiple lines-of-business, products, and services. Today, we present multiple authenticated customer portals (Connect, Smart Data, Mastercard Developers, Marketing Center, etc.) with different online experiences, resulting in a fragmented view of Mastercard, and ultimately frustrating those trying to do business with us. Our products and services often have silo'd enrollment and engagement models, which cause friction to our customers' end-to-end journey with us and delay their time-to-revenue. Our online users expect a personalized integrated experience given their personal engagement with one or more of the digital giants. We're developing customer focused, data savvy and digitally enabled experiences that are seamless for our customers and stakeholders has become table-stakes. Addressing these expectations are vital to servicing and growing our business in 2019 and beyond.

With a vision to access from the Mastercard.com domain, Mastercard Connect empowers all of our business customers with ONE place to explore, onboard, enroll, service, and grow their business with us. As product manager for Mastercard Connect, you will create an ecosystem that provides a secured foundation of reusable capabilities with tools to empower internal software engineers to easily build and integrate to ONE Mastercard experience when developing products/applications (think Apple's iOS). Meaning ONE set of authentication credentials, ONE engagement model when doing business with Mastercard and ONE time investments in capabilities that fuel multiple products.

In this role, you will:
•Conduct and link market research and qualitative/quantitative analysis of self and others to influence strategy and product prioritization both globally and within region
•Identify market segment opportunities that make Mastercard easier to do business with and be the driving force behind strategic priorities
•Drive the development, maintenance of, and execution against an innovation pipeline and product roadmap
•Synthesize strategic priorities into executive summary views (after completing business case and financial models) to demonstrate alignment of corporate vision and clear justification when requesting investment dollars for key initiatives
•Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators of product usage and performance reporting as well as overall market and channel level feedback into product improvement and strategic planning discussions
•Drive go-to-market plans for the platform and consult on plans with product owners launching applications
•Build and cultivate strong internal relationships
•Lead product managers
•Manage escalations

All about you:
•5-7 years product management or development experience including time developing people
•Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy
•Experience defining and developing cloud-native software products at scale
•Proven track record of data driven decision making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across your team
•Can debate the product merits with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers
•Experience in agile delivery methodologies (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
•Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
•Demonstrated experience building organizational relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individual engineers across the organization
•Payments expertise a huge plus
•BS/MBA in related discipline
