Director, Product Management Global Small Business

Small Business (SB) is an important segment for Mastercard because of their size ($30T of $120T B2B flows) and their presence as both payers and acceptors of electronic payments.
The Director, Product Management Global Small Business will play a critical role in realizing the potential of this segment by leading the digital and new payment flow (e.g. real time payments) strategy and execution.

Specifically, the Director will drive core business through digital product and solutions while advancing Mastercard's digital agenda and priorities. Additionally, the Director will partner closely with internal Mastercard teams in the development of new payment flow initiatives, including bill payment.

•Develop and own strategy for small business by leveraging current Mastercard digital solutions (e.g. tokenization) and bringing together small business assets
•Serve as segment lead for product development and innovation associated with new payment flows including bill payment
•Develop digital solutions based on the needs, market trends and competitive opportunities
•Partner with internal Mastercard Research team to understand small business segment digital needs
•Collaborate with internal Mastercard teams to identify and execute on solutions that capture small business payment flows
•Increase brand awareness through promotion of digital platforms (e.g. Mastercard Biz) and thought leadership

•Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify, capture and deliver business results
•Ability to collaborate effectively with Regional teams while driving Global priorities
•Strong influencing, execution and communication skills
•Ability to take independent action and interact with varying levels of leadership across the organization and with internal and external clients
•Strong passion for small business segment
•Undergraduate degree required. MBA preferred
