Director of Commercialization and Implementation

The Global Acceptance & Solutions (GA&S) organization is a significant contributor to Mastercard's strategic plan to expand global acceptance, drive incremental merchant locations and capture new revenue share through a focus on offering acceptance focused products, channels, services and solutions. Within GA&S, Partnerships and Product Innovation is focused on driving acceptance growth in new verticals and within new segments, by combining mastercard assets with partners assets (specifically fintechs). The Director of Commercialization and Implementation will be responsible for the strategy, launch, scaling and management of productized partnerships globally (examples could include POS Finance and Insurance products). This individual will collaborate with colleagues across functions to embed these acceptance solutions into Mastercard's DNA by expanding in-person and digital acceptance opportunities while integrating with existing products and solutions. The role will require significant collaboration & influence across internal Mastercard teams throughout core, marketing, O&T, Customer Delivery LFI, and the various regions.

•Ensure effective collaboration, communication and socialization to drive the creation and implementation of a cohesive product strategy
• Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, including product positioning, key benefits, and target customer
•Responsible for the design, launch and management of our overall integration approach and framework for product solutions
•Identify, evaluate, prioritize and track metrics of products to establish and enhance the proposed product construct.
•Define product requirements, new capabilities, SLAs, and the roadmap by working closely with various groups across the organization.
• Manage overall program constructs in certain markets, packaging the findings and enabling regional teams to scale the outcomes
• Develop sales enablement materials in partnership with Marketing. Share best practices globally, both internally and externally that positions MC as a thought leader and also supports market needs with actionable and relevant insights
•Work cross functionally across Mastercard with the required teams (e.g., finance, operations, customer delivery and support, product, marketing, account management) to ensure that your product design aligns with PME processes

All About You:
•Experience in product life cycle management including innovation, development, management and deployment from relevant industry backgrounds in the fin-tech space
•Strong understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends; international markets knowledge/experience a plus
•Proven project management, organization, and thought leadership skills with ability to build, lead, and maintain strong, productive teams and working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task, establish priorities and work independently under pressure and with limited supervision
•Comfortable in a global role; participating in regular meetings that span across time zones and take place outside of traditional business hours
•Excellent communicator- verbal, written and presentation skills.
•Ability to implement policy and provide inputs into the strategic direction for the organization.
•Some travel required
•Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
