Overview

•MasterCard Advisors is the leading global professional services firm focused exclusively on payments and provides payments consulting, information, analytics, and customized services to financial institutions and their merchant partners worldwide. Addressing complex challenges in strategy, marketing, risk, and operations, MasterCard Advisors helps clients maximize the value of their payments businesses.
•Managed Services is the global business unit responsible for delivering marketing consulting capabilities for MasterCard's customer verticals: financial institutions, governments, retailers and ecommerce
•The Managed Services Business Leader for Greater China defines marketing consulting solutions and leads the delivery of impactful engagements. The role also supports sales efforts in these two growing markets by building a body of quantifiable successes

Role

•Lead the expansion of Managed Services in Greater China, working closely with Business Development
•Deliver highly effective and efficient direct marketing campaigns across all channels to acquire new accounts and optimize portfolios for FIs, retailers and ecommerce, and governments
•Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for scale
•Onboard, train and manage external agencies
•Create internal and external thought leadership on effective below-the-line marketing channels and tactics

All About You

•BA required; MBA preferred
•Experience at an issuing bank in Greater China and/or other sophisticated payments markets; retailer experience a plus
•Digital marketing experience required
•Hands-on experience in designing and delivering large scale campaigns acquiring new customers and marketing to existing customers
•Comfortable in a remote managerial situations
•Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
•Fluent in written and spoken English; Cantonese & Mandarin
•Travel required; approximately 50%
