Overview
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty & marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

Within the Data & Services organization, Loyalty and Engagement Services places Mastercard in the heart of our customer's B2C and B2B marketing strategies. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants leveraging our solutions to drive our Client's most profitable customer engagements and Mastercard Preference.
Moving forward, the Managed Services business is transforming to be a more product centric organization focused on differentiated offerings that leverage data and marketing technology to accelerate marketing campaign performance and associated outcomes.

The Director, Global Product Management, Managed Services will have responsibility to assist in the development of initial operations and scaling plans of Mastercard's new Contextual Marketing capability. This will be done by coordinating activities between external partner teams, internal product and delivery teams and client stakeholders. This unique leadership opportunity will pioneer the way Mastercard activates and grows partnerships within the Data and Services organization.

Role
• Leads one or more products and works cross-functionally to drive local product and consumer strategies
• Advocates for and champions designated products internally and in the external market
• Identifies and submits business cases for consideration and prioritization for new business, product opportunities and business models to improve Mastercard's footprint and competitiveness
• Selects and monitors performance metrics that assess product performance, revenue, scalability and longevity, and utilizes results to ideate innovative solutions to challenges in the business unit's portfolio or product strategy
• Leads market analysis and recommends ways to leverage market analysis to inform product and go-to-market strategies
• May be responsible for the overall product financial performance including P&L of the Contextual Marketing capability
• Supervises group/team, ensures compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal processes, identifies and coaches top talent within own team Other Areas
• Leads "Life Cycle management" of a small suite of products or products critical to the local business including conceptualization, enhancement, launch and continued evaluation
• Develops value propositions for their product or suite of products and key customer segments

•Do you have a background in digital marketing technology, payments product management, and/or platform creation or management?
•Do you have a knowledge and experience with the Martech and Adtech ecosystem?
