Job Title

Director, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions, APAC

We are looking for a Director to drive the successful adoption of Mastercard Identity Check (EMV 3DS) by issuers, acquirers, gateways and merchants in the AP Region. This role will report to the Vice President, Identity Solutions, AP Region. The role will involve educating clients and internal stakeholders on the value and benefits of Identity Check, having a deep understanding of the market landscape and regulatory requirements, and implementing roll out strategies to ensure successful adoption of Identity Check.

•Develop regional rollout strategies for Mastercard Identity Check, and drive execution in line with key program milestones and objectives
•Demonstrate thought-leadership, product/technology expertise and strong articulation skills to obtain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders with varying levels of product knowledge (e.g. Clients, Relationship Managers, Customer Delivery, Operations & Technology, Legal, Franchise, Client Service Providers, etc.)
•Identify avenues and partnership models for distribution and scale. These efforts include ideation, concept validation, business case development, creation of associated pricing and other market readiness activities
•Provide product support to client facing teams and help drive strong client engagement by developing training and regional specific sales materials and holding training sessions.
•Obtain market feedback and intelligence on the program and related services
•Participate in discussions with regulatory authorities on authentication guidelines
•Identify additional revenue opportunities for broader Mastercard authentication solutions
•Establish performance indicators and evaluate program performance; ability to locate and use relevant data to support performance measurement, tracking, and product insights.
•Ensure accurate and timely budget tracking and forecasting.
