Customer Success Manager - NuData Security

Overview

Mastercard's Enterprise Security Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. At NuData, we offer a real-time product that analyzes user activity to detect and mitigate industrial-scale attacks from hackers on user logins, account creation, purchases and other transactional placements. We solve real world security challenges and mitigate threats for some of the largest technology, eCommerce, and financial institutions in the world, including members in the top 5 of the Fortune 500.

As a key role within Customer Delivery and Customer Success, you will be responsible for providing account management, client support, and guidance throughout the onboarding and post-sales integration process. Reporting to the Director of Customer Delivery - NuData Customer Success you will work directly with our Sales, Onboarding, and Analytics teams to ensure clients maximize the value of the NuDetect platform throughout their lifetime.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with limited travel required from our Vancouver office.

Role

•Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all business and technology levels.
•Identify product improvements, features, opportunities to deliver additional value and expand NuDetect's reach within the customer's environment.
•Ensure that each interaction exceeds expectations and maximizes customer engagement.
•Develop and maintain expertise in NuData products, identity / risk management systems, and other competitors.
•Lead training and best practices with our customers.

All About You

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate with different levels of staff including computer engineering, network engineering, project management, business, C-level both internally and externally.
•Real world experience with SaaS based web/mobile risk or payment platforms.
•High level knowledge and understanding of web applications (multi-tier web apps, databases, cookies/session, HTTP get/post, RESTful API calls, web sessions, JavaScript, XML).
•Exceptional attention to detail and passionate about advocating for customer success

Assets

•Previous experience in the security, finance, or e-commerce industries.
•Previous experience in a sales / post - sales role.
•Proven track record of leading projects, taking ownership and driving delivery.
