Specialized Product Delivery (SPD) is a department within Services' Advisors Client Services organization and focuses on the building out of new in-house capabilities to service our clients.
The Pre-Engagement role within SPD is focused on in-housing services that are currently being outsourced to third party supplier and actively collaborate with CBLs and the CA&E Commercial Lead to define the client opportunities for new CA&E engagements

Role:
• The Advisors Creative Desk is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand creative solutions for our clients.
• Work closely with the ACD Creative Pre-Engagement Director to support CA&E opportunities
• Collaborate closely with CA&E and MS delivery teams to develop compelling pitch decks and presentations for client engagements, ensuring alignment between client needs and MS offerings
• Assist in managing reporting and updates for internal stakeholders, including compiling and analyzing performance data, preparing monthly updates, and periodic business reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Support CA&E in pitching to mid-senior level stakeholders, sharing relevant solutions and recommendations to match stakeholder needs with MS offerings
• Identify, recommend and initiate process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency

All About You:
• Good knowledege of Digital Marketing tools, principals and implementing it in real projects
• Client-Centric Approach: Experienced in client management, understanding and communicating solutions effectively
• Pitch Development Expertise: Proficient in crafting compelling pitch decks and presentations for client engagements, with a knack for storytelling
• Analytical Skills: Skilled in managing reporting for internal stakeholders, analyzing performance data to track progress and drive continuous improvement; your insights support strategic decision-making processes
• Stakeholder Engagement: Seasoned in managing mid-senior level stakeholders, including the ability to effectively communicate with, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders
• General Enthusiasm about growing a new business line
• Tertiary qualifications in business management, economics or related subject
