Consultant, Network Engineering

Overview
•The ability to build and operate a payments processing platform in a new market
•Represent Mastercard operations & technology interests within region
•Viewed as the subject matter expert in your particular field of expertise
•Ability to work in a "start-up" environment
•Closely liaison with key stakeholders and potential 3rd party resources
•Have you ever brought a product to market in an emerging market?
•Have you worked in a "start-up" environment from design-build-operate?
•What experiences do you have working in a highly regulated environment?

Role

•May manage medium-sized project/initiatives as an individual contributor with advanced knowledge within discipline, leading a segment of several initiatives or a larger initiative
•Oversees the installation and support of network communications
•Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation requires evaluation and judgment
•Assists in the planning of large scale systems projects and performs complex vendor comparison and cost studies

All About You
•IT experience, including being involved in IT projects on a full time basis, in the following areas:
oNetworking, including LAN/WAN, wireless and Security technologies
oTCP/IP protocol communications.
oKnowledge of Project Management methodology and best practices
•Ability to lead internal team members as well application teams toward most appropriate solution based on MasterCard standards
•Experience working in projects across functions within and outside of IT (within local country)
•Intermediate in platforms and infrastructure
•Intermediate in security
