Business Assistant, Senior

•The Senior Business Assistant will work as part of a global cross-functional team of privacy and data protection professionals, and provide administrative support for Chief Privacy Officer, in addition to the expanding team
•Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations including telephone coverage, scheduling of meetings, calendar management, taking/distributing meeting minutes, copying, screening mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining department records;
•Manage T&E effectively and submit team expense reports in a timely manner in compliance with finance policies;
•Coordinate internal and external team meetings, guest speakers, catering, venue booking and other event specific needs as identified;
•Assist in preparing and maintaining departmental budget;
•Assist with internal team website updates as needed;
•Prepare correspondence, develop and produce reports, maintain spreadsheets, create and edit PowerPoint presentations as needed;
•May research special topics and develop reports as assigned;
•Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company; coordinate work of other employees or temporaries as needed.
All About You:
•Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior representatives from external organizations
•Strong knowledge of department budgets and desktop software applications
•High School education; college degree a plus
