Associate Analyst, Business Administration, Credit

Overview
This position will report to the Executive Vice President - Global Credit Products, and will also support two Senior Vice Presidents on the team. The Associate Analyst is responsible for performing general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, and maintaining records including the departmental budget and contract administration support. This person would also be keen to take on more than the core tasks and would be interested in leveraging this role as a way to expand their experience and develop their skills through some project work.

Role
•Schedule meetings and events, arrange conferences and ensure all meeting support is appropriately coordinated; organize agendas for planned meetings
•Manage calendar and the office of the EVP, Credit, and direct reports, including travel plans and expense reports
• Assist with business planning, budget oversight, compliance, and business process controls. Maintain department performance metrics, analytics, and reporting.
•Supports preparation of presentations, by gathering data and formatting documents; may research special topics as assigned.
•Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company; may interact with vendors (e.g., agencies, production, etc.) as needed
•Develop and ad hoc reports and projects as needed

All About You:
•Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Marketing, or Finance
•Experience in a corporate environment preferred
•Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and persuade, and to work collaboratively across functions
•Keen sense of urgency with a results-driven orientation
•Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and discern what is truly important
•Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively
•Proficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
•Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
•Ability to function well in a busy and varied environment and work well under pressure.
