Job Title

Analyst, Pricing & Interchange

Together with the team, you will ensure that pricing and interchange is introduced or amended appropriately into our markets, ensuring that our customer economics fall line with business needs, customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
•Management of various data sources for production of dashboard reports

•Develop performance tracking dashboard reports, incorporating quantitative measures, insights, market share information for the following : Quarterly Acquiring Volume Reporting, Managed Merchants, Mono-liner Acquirers, Co-brands, MPGS, Regional Merchant Promotion Campaigns


•Develop financial models and conduct analysis that supports the Department's initiatives
•Management and use of various data sources to provide information required for reporting and analysis
•Support of the Customer Economics team in developing and executing on pricing and interchange solutions within the region
•Develop communication documents to keep both internal and external stakeholders updated of any pricing and interchange changes
•Provide operations support to the team for the execution of interchange changes
•Project manage all pricing and interchange projects, ensuring that bulletins are released on a timely basis, and projects are implemented accurately
•Provide support to the greater Mastercard community on pricing and interchange related issues


•Has excellent analytical skills and a passion for numbers, including an excellent knowledge of Excel
•Is able to demonstrate top class problem solving skills
•Has a strong drive and curiosity to learn, creativity, passion to achieve and excel
•Strongly ability to pick up and understand new subjects
•Has strong communication and presentation (both written and spoken) skills and is able to translate technical and analytical information into documentation comprehensible for all stakeholders
•Is able to manage projects and use project-management skills for managing more complex processes
•Is able to work collaboratively with a high energy to create high impact
•Has solid solution development skills and is effective working both independently and in a team environment
