Analyst , Financial Planning & Analysis

Overview

•MasterCard's Operations & Technology (O&T) business unit operates the company's integrated global payments processing network. O&T uses its expertise to make payments safe, simple, and smart.
•Operations & Technology (O&T) Finance team strives to provide accurate financial and operational data to our business partners to enable sound financial decision making.
•Do you have experience in a financial planning and analysis role with significant interaction with business partners?
•Are you motivated by the opportunity to drive improvements and changes to existing processes?

Role

•Support O&T divisional budget and quarterly forecasts with analysts to achieve targets.
•Support consolidate of O&T financials including assisting with budget, forecast, plan, FTEs and cost allocations.
•Assist with monthly and quarterly internal and corporate reporting deliverables including operating reviews.
•Identify process improvement opportunities and make significant contribution as part of project teams to support implementation of process improvements and other ad hoc initiatives.
•Assist with special projects and ad-hoc reporting as applicable.

All About You

•Financial planning and analysis experience with progressively increasing responsibility
•Must be comfortable working with ambiguous processes in a fluid environment
•Excellent communication skills and ability to interact, communicate and navigate effectively within executive O&T and Finance management
•Strong analytical skills with ability to work with multi-faceted issues
•Ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities and assignments concurrently
•Team player with proven team player and relationship building skills
•Background in IT financial management and accounting considered beneficial
•Must be highly proficient using MS suite of products Excel/Office/PowerPoint and Hyperion

Education

•Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a financial analysis role
