Analyst, Direct Marketing
The Analyst, Direct Marketing is an active team member who contributes to projects, synthesizes data and analysis, works in teams and engages with clients on delivery projects. While this individual is not expected to be a subject matter expert in the payment cards industry, he/she will demonstrate expertise in project management, direct marketing and problem-solving skills.
•Executes along elements of the Managed Services value chain with a focus on cross sell programs for banks and merchants.
•Cross sell programs include staff motivational campaigns, training programs, employee conferences and sales support initiatives
oStaff Campaign development: Program planning, design and creative execution, some production management
oTraining: Online, digital and video training content development
oEmployee Conferences: Management and planning of large (100 attendees) client conference to promote staff engagement
oSales Support: Develop support tools for bank/merchant staff
•Project management, including creative, content design, production, fulfillment, tracking, pre/post analysis
•Builds milestones, project plans,
•Manages third party agency for deliverables
•Manages time and controls own work effectively
•Ensures quality and timely delivery of deliverables
•Sensitive to budget/profitability on deliverables
•Develops day to day working relationship with client management team
•Capable of managing multiple delivery projects simultaneously
•Assists with development and refinement of program deliverables
•Establishes and leverages comprehensive knowledge of applicable analytical tools and techniques
•Synthesizes own analysis and identifies all relevant implications
•Develops recommendations with oversight
•Provides support in the development of new services or solutions by conducting desktop research and assisting with the assembly of market assessments
•Contributes effectively to proposal preparation when requested
•Identifies client challenges and brings ideas on opportunities to leverage MC capabilities to the attention of senior MC staff

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent presentation and analytical skills
•Strategic mindset with ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations
•Problem solver who uses data and insights combined with ingenuity to develop ideas
•Creative and agile, with a can-do spirit
•Ability to work on a team or independently
•Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Additional skills preferred but not essential:
•Advanced Technical Skills- Excel/PowerPoint
•Foundational understanding of Excel VBA Development
