Analyst, Customer Technical Communications-2


•The ability to build and operate a payments processing platform in a new market
•Represent Mastercard operations & technology interests within region
•Viewed as the subject matter expert in your particular field of expertise
•Ability to work in a "start-up" environment
•Closely liaison with key stakeholders and potential 3rd party resources
•Have you ever brought a product to market in an emerging market?
•Have you worked in a "start-up" environment from design-build-operate?
•What experiences do you have working in a highly regulated environment?


•Manage and perform all or various stages of processes to publish technical content in online, CD-ROM, and printed formats, adhering to strict deadlines while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
•Develop and implement publication processes within the department and with external vendors
•Research; analyze and recommend new electronic media technologies; including proposal preparation and cost-and-benefit analyses
•Provide publishing support, including format conversions and testing of online content and online quality checks for writers before manuals are published

All About You

•Provide customer service to members and internal departments and technical support for department specific software
•Maintain departmental databases and provide reporting on a regular and an ad hoc basis and manage archival of online and hardcopy documentation
•Technically support publication of online pages and Information Centers (published in HTML)
•Work with Business Owners to create and update technical forms
