TITLE : VP, Analyst Operations (Marsh USA, Inc. - New York, NY)

DUTIES : Perform descriptive and predictive analytics using data to deliver solutions. Programand develop solutions using statisticalsoftware solutions such as R. Support the development and maintenance of currentand new software products for the group using project management principles. Conceive and develop presentation materials for carriers based on data analyticsand data mining efforts. Develop and deploy User Acceptance Testing techniques to enhance applications to deliver a robust code for a variety of cases. Retain and grow assigned accounts. Implement actionplans, monitor progress, assure service meets or exceeds market expectations. Manage relationships with a specific number of markets and assist Insurer Consulting Leaders (ICL) with managing tactical activityand data analytics with larger markets. Assist in driving relationships with markets through collaboration across practices, geographies, and MMC companies. Build, maintain, and expand effective and sustainable relationships with markets on an enterprise-wide basis.Collaborate with and support the ICL to identify key decision makers, client'srisks needs and determine the services, products, and combinations that best serve and address the client'sissues and business objectives. Assist in thedevelopment of custom solutionsand presentations to address the market/prospect needs. Presentsolutions to the market/prospect. Analyzeresearch and industry issues, and prepare benchmarking studies and create tactical plans. Conduct tacticaland strategic planning meetings. Partner with ICL on thedevelopment and finalization of Consulting Agreements. Partner with brokerage teams in practices and specialties analytics and data science. Conceptualize new products using Marsh data. Participate in theexecution of effectiveservice management protocols including Internal Account Planning; Strategic Market Reviews;Renewal Strategy Meetings; Consulting Agreements - Account project management; ClientSurvey and Feedback Protocol. Participate in the conception, production and presentation of consulting deliverables, including contributing to the definition of deliverable structure and content. Supportgroup executive leadership with the execution of the consulting engagement with insurance carriers. Assist in thedevelopment of business plans of a new marketing platform aimed toimprove carriers' access to Marsh Brokers. Work with analystsand external consultants in thedevelopment and launching of the Annual Carrier Interaction Survey web solution. Contribute to the development of a new user interface for web based dashboards. Implement a Recommender System for commercial insurance prospect identification and analytics (Property and Casualty), as well as identify suitable carrier for risks.Conceive and implement in R a new pricing and lost business analysis for insurance carriers. Perform data mining and data analytics. Assistwith program management and business development. Utilize data analytics and predictive modeling. Participate in product development and project design and implementation using Waterfall, Agile, and Lean software development. Partake in advanced programming of software applications using R, Java, Excel,Object Oriented Programming (OOPS), scripting and database management.
