Sr. Service Delivery Team Leader

The Senior Client Services Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing client projects to ensure the client needs are being met and that best practices and documentation are in place for both Mercer and the client. Responsible for the day-to-day project management and development of a client team. To fulfill this role, the Sr. Team Leader will:

  • Directly supervise two or more employees (typically up to 6)
  • Has full authority for people management of direct reports
  • Manage client business process and identify areas for continued improvement
  • Subject matter expert and primary resource for day to day client issues
