ServiceNow BDM / pre-Sales Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Development Manager / pre-Sales Architect to join our Practice.

Please note, extensive ServiceNow implementation experience is essential for this position. We are looking for an individual with ServiceNow Solutions Architect level of experience.

This is the opportunity to help sell solutions for one of the hottest cloud technology product on the market - ServiceNow. In addition, Mercer Digital happens to be the go to partner for ServiceNow in the HR space.

In this role you will partner with internal ServiceNow sales staff on new leads while also generating sales of the various solutions we provide.You will have a top-notch team to support you, the best in brightest in the ServiceNow ecosystem reside here at Mercer Digital!

Job Description :

Build and maintain relationships with regional ServiceNow Sales and Services personnel as needed to jointly sell business solutions to customers who have subscribed or who are a potentially looking to subscribe to ServiceNow solutions.

Quickly understand customer requirements and bring appropriate Mercer team members together to create a solution for the customer, align relationships and ultimately win the business.

Manage all phases of the business development cycle including solution development in conjunction with a Solution Architect, preparation of proposal with Solution Architect and Client Partner, and contract negotiations.

R equirements :

  • ServiceNow Certified required
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow Implementations experience in a Senior level role
  • ServiceNow HR Service Management experience is preferred
  • Leadership based on ability to motivate others
  • BA/BS required; MBA a plus
  • 3 to 5+ years selling consulting services
  • Proven track record in a solution selling environment
  • Superior communication skills both internally and externally.
