TITLE : Senior Survey Administrative Analyst (Mercer (US) Inc. - Charlotte, NC)
DUTIES : Perform a variety of statistical and analytical procedures necessary to ensure quality data submissions to the Mercer Comptryx workforce metrics survey products and upload final data to the Comptryx database. Use statistical formulas, pivot tables, and outlier analysis to organize and interpret large data sets. Perform in-depth data analysis and data extraction for workforce reviews. Investigate and resolve qualitative/quantitative discrepancies in data submissions through data validation procedures. Peer review Analysts' work in populating, preparing data prior to system upload. Clarify data questions with clients via phone or email to validate input survey data accuracy per project requirements. Apply analytical judgment to draw initial survey conclusions against specialized industry trends on compensation and workforce metrics. Participate in resolving complex issues and advising clients of potential risks. Introduce and train new survey participants on the Comptryx survey input materials and data submission process. Act as a continued resource to the client through the submission process and provide ongoing support of the Comptryx application. Provide advice and guidance with regard to operational reasonableness recommendations to steering committee when designing survey solutions. Design and draft client results presentations in the form of workforce reviews. Prepare specialized reports and customized analysis as part of a larger consulting project on an ad hoc basis for clients. Provide subject matter expertise for specialty areas including compensation practice trends for a particular industry.
