Senior Financial Analyst

Marsh's Global Risk & Specialties (GR&S) division is a diverse group of industry and product practices, consulting business units, and portfolio businesses driving innovation and differentiated strategic value for our clients around the world. GR&S Finance is a critical partner to the business, responsible for providing actionable financial intelligence and insight so the businesses can make informed strategic, operational, and investment decisions.

GR&S Finance has a unique opportunity for an Analyst to contribute to our Global Specialties business, which includes global practices such as Energy & Power, Marine, Aviation & Aerospace, and Credit Specialties. The Analyst will be tasked with understanding the business and taking a leadership role in providing financial insights, financial reporting, and forecasting to help support business decisions. The Analyst will have a broad scope of responsibilities, including:

• Financial Modeling and Forecasting:

Develop and maintain financial models to inform leadership's outlook on the business, focusing on forecasting, regional, product and industry differences.

• Drive Financial KPIs:

Identify financial and operational KPIs and convert them into dashboards to drive accountability for performance through the organization.

• Decision Making Support:

Provide a view on investment decisions, leveraging his/her understanding of the business and the financial outlook developed.

• Other Responsibilities:

Formulate and conduct ad hoc financial, operational and strategic analyses to drive fact-based decision making around topics as they arise

If you have exceptional analytical capabilities, excel at interpreting financial data, have an innate intellectual curiosity, enjoy a truly global environment, and have excellent communication skills, along with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 2-5 years of applicable experience, we want to hear from you.
