Senior Client Executive

Accountable for maintaining, serving and growing satisfied business relationships, a large profitable book of business and acquiring new business within an industry or specialty .

Designs a strategic business and sales plan for a portfolio of clients and prospects utilizing advanced understanding of product offerings, market developments and trends, industry, specialty and account needs and proclivities

Conducts complex financial analyses to report and relay financial performance and return on products and services for use by existing and potential relationships.

Understands the customer's business objectives and leads the development and presentation of custom solutions to address the account needs accounting for risk, conditions, coverage and decides on the most effective pricing of services.

Responsible for maintaining and growing relationships and ensuring overall service needs are met, addressing escalated issues and miscellaneous concerns to remain in positive standing with all existing and potential relationships and preserve credibility.

Engages senior, officer level colleagues in client organizations to sustain and enhance existing and future relationships.

Becomes a visible leader in an industry or specialty and actively participates in industry associations, organizations, boards and charities, as appropriate.
