The Security & Compliance Administrator will work with Service management managers and teams, MMC Business Partners, Auditors Internal and Externally to ensure that operations are conducted in adherence to the Company's and MGTI's policies and its own internal processes.
- Managing Audits - Collecting and reviewing materials prior to submission to auditors, communicating, setting expectations, preparing for audits by working with business owners, Managing account revalidations. Collaborate with Risk Management and MGTI Internal Audit to raise compliance issues and define resolution.
- Managing lifecycle of accounts with elevated privileges on operating systems and associated support applications. Transition account provisioning from server operations and provide recommendations to achieve efficiencies, improve processes and reduce costs associated with the service. Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep Centralized Operations leadership informed of the progress of compliance efforts.
- Managing Server Remediation effort - Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future
- Act as a consultant for SM teams in ensuring that operational processes conform to security policy, audit and legal requirements
